and treatment of urinary tract infections.

Echinacea     Echinacea is thought to stimulate the immune system and increase resistance to illness. It is used most by people who want to
prevent and treat the common cold and the symptoms associated with it. It is also recommended that echinacea be used as a supportive
treatment for recurrent respiratory and urinary tract infections.

Evening Primrose     Intake of evening primrose may have beneficial effects in helping with weight loss without dieting, lowering cholesterol,
decreasing blood pressure, rheumatoid arthritis, progression of multiple sclerosis, and alleviation of hangovers. Women often take evening
primrose because evidence exists supporting the efficacy of evening primrose in the treatment of premenstrual syndrome (PMS) and breast
tenderness.

Ginkgo     Ginkgo is used for its effects in the circulatory system and as an antiasthmatic. Its effect is due to an increase in cerebral blood flow,
which exerts a positive effect on short-term memory loss, headaches, tinnitus, and depression. Clinical studies have shown that ginkgo
improves blood flow in both the arteries and capillaries.

Spectra Probiotic     Spectra Probiotic may be used to promote optimal digestion and absorption of nutrients. It is reported to produce
antibiotic substances that can kill harmful bacteria, viruses and yeast in the mouth, intestine, and vagina. Spectra Probiotic may be used to
restore normal bacteria in the intestine and vagina after any period of antibiotics have been taken. It may also be used to decrease cholesterol,
